Zion supports initiatives that aim to serve and engage the local community, including the establishment of the Recreational Outreach Center (ROC). The ROC provides a valuable space for bringing together members of the church, school, and surrounding community for recreational activities, fellowship, and outreach opportunities.
Our ROC serves as a venue for community events, such as family fun nights, youth groups, and outreach initiatives aimed at sharing the Gospel message with those who may not regularly attend church and those who do.
Featuring a 6 basket, full sized gym, concession stand, welcome foyer, and outdoor activity areas. The ROC can host anything from basketball, pickleball, and volleyball to community events, meals, and gatherings. The ROC has been carefully, lovingly, and intentionally designed to serve our Congregation the School ministry for years to come.
The ROC plays a vital role in supporting the holistic well-being of members and member families by promoting physical fitness, social connection, and spiritual growth. The ROC serves as a space where relationships are built, needs are met, and the love of Christ is demonstrated through acts of service and hospitality.
The ROC has served, and will continue to serve, as Zion’s home for building up communities surrounded by the love and care of Jesus Christ. Come join us at the ROC!
